There is a tiny tag that says "3XL," but this dress is NOT that size! Using the measurements below, it is a MEDIUM or size 10. The fabric is a lightweight, stretch cotton that I am guessing is 95% cotton with 5% Spandex. Midi length, sleeveless, ties in the back.
