Women’s Floral Top

Never worn women’s floral top. It ties at the neckline, and it is lined. The sleeves are really pretty, it’s a 3/4 length, and the end of the sleeves flares out. It is a large, but on me, it fit more like a medium because it was a little tight across the shoulders.
