kirbyelizhowell im trying to refund your money for that jacket. Im embarrassed and feel terrible- I had asked my boyfriend to ship it for me while I was in the hospital, and it sounds like it may have sat in his car rather than going directly to you. and the sizing thing must be a complete overlook on my part.. But again, I'm mortified by the whole thing and take complete responsibility. It wouldn't allow me to release the payment but I messaged support and hopefully should have it refunded soon.

llaine300 @kirbyelizhowell oops sorry I didn’t see this!! It came out a whole lot better in the wash, but my boyfriend still gagged when I tried to wear it when it got cold finally yesterday (he’s sensitive after having smoked for decades and having quit for a couple decades)! I sincerely appreciate the apology!!

kirbyelizhowell @llaine300 I seriously feel terrible that happened. by all means like I will do whatever to make it right!! idk if I did something incorrectly on the release funds things, maybe I already had transferred that money, but nothing happened after I did it. but I would have NEVER sent that in such condition had I known. However I can make it right just let me know!!
