It stretches to fit from 14" to wider calf 18". The pointy toe is a bit narrow, therefore tighter. So this is a European size 8, it is size 7 in USA. If you have narrow foot, this would fit you well, but if you have a wider foot maybe you should be a size 6.5, to be comfortable. Heel 3"
