Women's Handmade Cream Dress

This dress was purchased at an art market in Ipanema Beach, Brazil while on vacation. Would not sell if I didn't have photos with it on every beach vacation I've been to since. Approx. flat measurements: Midsection is 13" (with no stretch) Bottom of midsection to bottom hem 22" NOTE: There are some stains in the inner layer (hidden/not visible). By the time I noticed them, they became permanent stains. Please see 4th photo.
