Women's High-Waisted Paperbag Slacks (Plaid)

I purchased these pants in an H&M in Europe. Paperbag high-waisted tie pants. Tappers to the ankle. Inseam is good for short women. I'm 5' 1" and it hits right below my ankle so hemming is not necessary. Comfortable and cute for business casual. Rarely worn (maybe 2-3 times)
