Women's INC International Concepts boots

These boots are really fun and very stylish, the leather is so soft! 4.75" heel and 1" platform. These were worn maybe a handful of times or less. They are in like new condition, I could not find any scuffs so I would say they're in pretty pristine condition. The height measures 20" from the heel to the top of the boot. Very light wear on the soles and pretty pleated leather and a buckle for extra style. Well come in original box. Comes from a smoke and pet-free home!
