Such a rare piece! So unique and cool! Are they feathers? I have an turkey feather jacket that i just can't wear near enough! I'm thinking this year i might like to have one in something other than solid black. The stripes is amazing! ALSO: does it have some kind of loops that held the belt on? or not? Thanks so very much!
