New with tags women's / juniors TYR cutoutfit one piece swimsuit in size 28 (XS). I purchased this recently but it is way too small for me. Brand new, with tags, and still has sticky panty liner. I'm 5'3" and 118 lbs / athletic build and i couldn't get it over my upper legs and hips. Would probably be best for someone who is more slender and petite than me. Swimsuit is black with gray lettering.
