NRS exclusive Justin Boot Company Boots. 13” cowhide blue top, rubber sole, exotic ostrich leather. The description is smooth ostrich but has a bumpy quill texture. Slight spur mark on the heel. These are super comfortable! Only reason I am selling is because they are a little too big for me. The description was an 8, but are actually an 81/2.
