The one outer top button (covered in same coat material) is missing, but an extra one is on inside, on lining. Quilted lining, a few loose stitches on quilted lining in lower back. Flap and welted pockets, can hide flaps if desired. If you are not familiar with Lodencoats, they are truly amazing.
