Women’s Long Western Shirt

Across shoulders 15”, arm length 24”, upper arm circumference 14”, chest 36”, waist 35”, hips 37”, garment length 36”. This looks cute with a belt and tights. The tag says hand wash but I’ve washed in cold water in a washing machine.
