These are preowned like new size 38 (7.5). The only flaws that I could see are faint yellow marks on the heel (barely noticeable) and marks on both of the inside tongues of the shoe (see pictures). darimom @raeyeh these were not mine personally, but according to the reviews on the M. Gemi website people have reported that they were snug at first, but true to size. I hope this was helpful.
