This is a Max Azria size 4 dress from the Max Azria boutique in Los Angeles, California. I paid $480 for it at the time. Very gently worn and respectfully cared for. Now this dress you can pin the hem up into the inside to shorten it up into a bubble. If you want to wear it a little younger, less mature, it's a nice option. It's a beautifully made dress.
