Women’s Michael Simon Lite black Halloween cat long straight skirt size S

This is such a fun Halloween themed skirt!! It’s a size small, has an elastic waist, and is embroidered on the border (goes all the way around the bottom of the skirt) and on a front patch pocket. Unstretched elastic waist measures 22”. Easily stretches to 26”. It’s a straight skirt and measures about 37” from waist to hem. The patch pocket is on the left hip and there’s an 11” slit on the right side seam. I don’t know if this qualifies as vintage, but I’m guessing it’s about 15 yrs old. Excellent used condition.
