Women’s MisticPrysm size M dress

Women’s size medium red and white pin stripe dress with bell-type sleeves and tie closure at the back of the neck. Pit to pit measures 21 inches and from top shoulder seam to hem is 36 inches. It does have some stretch to it but not too much. I purchased this from a boutique in Fort Worth and never wore it. Tags were removed and it was laundered and forgotten about in my closet until my recent clean out.
