Absolutely cute retro polka dot dress. It has a sweetheart neckline and has a strap that is elastic and goes around the neck. It is form fitting but the material has stretch to it. This can be seen in the photos where the top strap is elastic as well as the top of the backside has a thin elastic to allow more stretch. The material is 92% polyester and 8% spandex. The waist is 13.25 inches across approximately. Pit to Pit is 15 inches approx. It is 23 inches approx. from the waistline down to the bottom of the skirt. There is a small slit on the backside at the bottom and there is a zipper running along the spine of the dress.
