Women’s Navy skirt

Women’s skirt by Dressbarn, size 14W. Skirt is navy blue and fully lined. Has a set-in waist band with elastic inserts (5” long) on the L & R in the back, with zipper/button closure and walking vent. Measurements are approximately 17.5” waist ( laid flat, no stretch) and 27.5” from waist to hem.
