Women's Nordstrom Chelsea28 Navy Blouse with Bright Pink Flowers

This is a Chelsea28 Polyester Navy blouse, with a simple snap front enclosure that's been worn maybe 4 times. It's very comfortable, loose, and flowy. I both wore a white camisole underneath and also wore without. It's business appropriate, but also fun with the bright pink/red flowers.
