mrstarusan Is this coat waterproof? How long does it go down to, your knee or ankles? Thank you

emmagins @mrstarusan Hi! It is water repellant, so not completely waterproof but I found that it was good in a snowstorm but not suitable for a rainstorm. I am 5’1’’ and it falls just below my knees.

emmagins @matsuishi it is about 15 inches across the chest! (Pit to pit), no other stains/no smells, no major flaws other than the one small hole
