Women's Old Navy strapless green dress size 4

This is a strapless dress from Old Navy, size 4. Worn once. Measures 28" long in the front (down the middle) and 26" long in the back. Waist is 14" across, lying flat. Has stretchy material on the back (see picture) so it's very comfortable. Zips up the side.
