Gently worn, BCX womens scoop-neck, work-wear top, with flirty ruffle detail. This top is a 2 in 1 style with a cute black and white ruffled tank sewn into the solid black, short sleeve cardigan. Rayon, Spandex and Polyester blend. Comfortable for warm weather days but the fabric is not thin or see through like some other brands. Made in the USA.

designer_barbie @gretawall Hello! The top measures 20" across the chest and 20" at the waist with a little flare out at the bottom. So it would fit approximately 40" and it has a lot of stretch. It still has very good elasticity. I normally wear a 1x or 2x and this still fits. The tank top part is 21" long from the top of the shoulder strap to the bottom of the tank and the outer shell measures 25" from the collar to the bottom at the back.
