Women’s Plus 3XL Blouse

This is a Womens 3XL blouse. The blouse is very soft and fresh to wear to any formal occasion. The colors of the shirt are purple, gold, black,white with stripes of all the colors. The shirt has a nice touch of a knot with fabric going down. The top neck area is scrunched. Could be worn like off the shoulder or not.
