Women's Quilted Vest

Women's "Before You" boutique burgundy quilted puff vest with buckle detail at the neck. Gold zipper, button, buckle hardware. No size/ care tag, but fits like a small. Preloved and in great condition, no holes or stains. Approximate measurements are 22" shoulder to hem, 17" pit to pit.
