Women's Red and White heart print midi skirt handmade vintage 60s 70s novelty

This heart skirt is adorable! It's vintage and homemade, likely from the 60s or 70s. It's made of a red velour with white hearts printed on all over. It's high waisted and midi length. There are pleats on the waist. The waistband closes with a zipper and hook and eye closure, which needs to be resewn. Some of the hearts are missing and some of the velour has some minor marks. There's a slit on the back. The fabric is very thick and sturdy, so the hips can tend to jut out and create an exaggerated silhouette. It's in good condition with no rips or tears.
