Women’s Rylee + Cru linen/cotton blend tie strap dress. 100% lined. Could also be worn as a skirt. There does seem to be an inconsistency with one of the ties. It was sewn on at the bottom of the elastic instead of the top like the other three. This could be fixed if you sew or by a tailor. This inconsistency is reflected in the price.
