Women's S Grunge Y2K Black and White Pop Art Graphic Tank

Super unique tank with all over polka dot print, Roy Lichtenstein-inspired graphic on the front and lace-up detail in the back. Bought vintage, has a few signs of wear including a frayed/illegible size tag and two very small paint or bleach spots on the back left shoulder and back left armpit.
