I bleach washed a soft cotton, button-down, long-sleeve flannel shirt and added a patch on the back from vintage like pillow-ticking fabric and a fairy quilt patch. Both patches have been cut with pinking sheers to give it a frayed vintage look. I recommend hand washing and hanging to dry for the best results.
