michelemagni @allthejoyces it is quite stretchy but to your point, I feel Forever 21 runs a little small and this is probably more of a medium. I’m 5’7” 138 lbs and usually a Sz 6 or small in tops and it fits me. I’m more of a straight up and down not curvy. But in my opinion it’s more of a M. Forever 21 may have a size chart I’ll check the website! Hope that helps.
