All measurements are when the pantsuit is lying flat. This outfit was made in Malaysia, and is 100% polyester. Picture 9 has a 1/4" white marking that looks like a manufacturing defect. It is not a hole in the material. This pantsuit was only worn a couple of times. There are also 2 shoulder pads that are attached on either end, so they can be removed. The jacket has 3 buttons going down the front, and there are 2 mock pockets. Below the "pockets" there is a slit on both sides that measure 4 3/4" long. There is also a "belt" in the back that is not adjustable, it is sewn across the back. (see pic 5). The chest area measures 19 1/2" from side to side seam, and the waist measures 20". The outer sleeve measures 9" from the top of the shoulder seam down to the arm opening, and the underarm measures 2 1/2" from the underarm seam to the end of the arm opening. The actual arm opening is 7". From the shoulder seam down to the hem, it measures 23 1/2" in the front, and from the collar seam to the hem in the back measures 22". For the pants: there is a zipper on the left side of the waist seam that measures 7 1/4". It has a straight waistband across the front, and an elastic waistband in the back. The outer seam from the waist down the leg to the hem measures 38", and the inseam measures 27" from the crotch seam down to the hem. The leg opening itself measures 7 1/2". Across the waist area, it measures 16 1/2" from side to side seam. The hip area measures 20".
