Women's Semi-Casual Dress (Sz. L)

This is a black, yellow/gold, and white semi-casual women's dress in a size large. This dress has been worn once. I bought it from CATO for my 6th graders' graduation. The waist area has a rubbery-accordion style pattern. It hides belly weight very well! The sleeve of the dress has the same pattern. The dress is light weight and comfortable with a deep V neckline. I paired the dress with a yellow belt just under my breast line. The belt is included with the order at no extra cost.
