tgiw567 @trueneista I understand that— it doesn’t clarify the condition of the heel. If you shop posh enough you’ll see people say they’ve worn something once or twice but it’s easy to scratch a heel after wearing them once.

tgiw567 @trueneista I’ve literally bought shoes with the same description and had nics out of the heel. Posh advises asking for clarity before buying. Since they happened to me I am being more careful prior to buying immed. Of the heels aren’t marked whatsoever I want to buy them ASAP. Thanks so much
