Women’s Short Sleeve Wrap Dress in Black Polka Dots

Such a cute dress but unfortunately it is just not right for me. Worn only twice, in excellent condition. The ties are adjustable on the outside and inside the dress. The polka dots have a kind of boho look to them, they’re not completely rounded but are more jagged on the edges. The sleeves are lightly elasticized giving them a puff sleeve look. Very breathable fabric and super comfy. Measurements by request!
