Women's Silvergate pullover Halter lined dress Sz Med

Bought for me but it is a bit too short. So cute! Halter style straps with an a-line style in the bright pretty colors lined in darker pink poly knit. The outer dress fabric is a polyester. Colors are lime green. blue, bright pink, white, and mint green. the bust is 19.5" across between underarms. The hips measure 26.5" across. The length is 35" with adjustable straps.no damage but it is short on me and I am 5'3".
