Waist measurements 18” without stretch Length measurements 21” Handmade Worn over bathing suit Has some discoloration on inside of skirt But it’s from tanning lotion I believe Washed in cold and line dried only No longer have the suit that matched So no longer want it Thin cotton stretch material polyester like I’d say it’s equivalent to a size L to XXL
