Women's Skirt Suit by Nipon Boutique

Two-piece women's suit with flared skirt. Beautifully lined. Interesting feature to the jacket with the blue ribbon that can be tied to tighten the waist. Size 4 petite. Normally, I would not wear a petite because I am 5'4" but this fit perfectly.
