cutiepoodie @amandagribok sorry it took me until this morning.. we got back late last night from cub scouts! 😩 But from top to bottom it has a high neck.. it’s 24 inches. In the waist without the use of the elastic stretch band it’s 19 inches. With the use of the elastic band at waist it stretches to over 26 inches.
