It is 20" pit to pit. I examined the jacket again very carefully. There is a tiny scratch on the sleeve that is barely noticeable. The fringe on the sleeves show some wear. I added pictures of both.

From where the sleeve connects at the shoulder to the wrist the length is 22". The fringe adds 2 additional inches for a total length of 24"
