I'm quite sure this is meant to be a coverup for swimwear, but it could also easily work as a cute little lounge dress or be worn as a tunic over leggings. It does have pockets and a hood. It's a size 3X but runs a touch small -- it's very stretchy so fit is flexible. I measure the chest as 48" (without stretching) and length from base of neck in back to bottom is 34-1/2". jesusislord53 Does the chest measurement go all the way around, or is that the pit to pit measurement. Length too please.

tplrefindery @jesusislord53 Chest measurement is all the way around, so about 24" pit to pit (it is stretchy and that's without stretching). Length from base of neck in back to bottom is 34-1/2". Thanks!
