Women's Strapless Maxi Dress by Dream Daily

Beautiful strapless dress in a Medium size by Dream Daily. It has a stretch black band at the top that is 6" long and 13 1/2" from side to side unstretched. The dress, including the stretch band top is 47" long. The measurement from side to side at the hips is 27". It is multi-colored in oranges, blues, greens and black. There are 3 spots on the side of the dress (see picture) that are barely noticeable. Otherwise, it is in perfect condition.
