This is a womens summer dress. It is size med. It is 65% cotton and 35% polyester. It has 1 1/2" of elastic at the waistline. There is a round neck with a 2" V and a tie. It is 3/4 sleeve with the bottom 8 1/2" belled. It is a mini sitting about 2" above the knee. It has cream, beige, aqua, orange, navy, white and black In it's pattern
