These pants are in a Navy with white polka dots all over, full stretch slimming material made of 72 % rayon , 24 % nylon and 4 % spandex. Inseam is 17 " and waist is 38 " . Machine wash on cold and lay flat to dry although I did dry on cool setting with good results.
