Women's Tahari Black Velvet Top Size L

This is a pre-owned Tahari black velvet long-sleeve top. It is made of 90% polyester and 10% elastane. The top has a mock neck and a v-neck opening. It is in excellent condition with no visible imperfections. The measurements are approximately 22 inches across the shoulders, 19 inches across the chest, and 25 inches in length.
