Women’s Target Boots Size 9 These boots go to the bottom of my knee, I’m 5’4’’. They are very comfy and they just slide on like a normal boot. If you have a wider calf, these would be great for you. I struggle with finding boots that fit my calves and these fit perfect. These boots are gently used. No box or tags available.
