Women’s Tessuto petites (size P) black velvet patterned shear short sleeves with a solid black velvet dress. The length of the dress measures 31” long, 15” across pit to pit and 20&1/2” across the bottom hem. The dress is liquid velvet 85% micro yarn/15% spandex with a full lining (100% nylon).
