Beautiful Tommy Hilfiger blouse in navy blue with yellow flowers. The fabric is lightweight and sheer with the front and back lined. The sleeves are left see through with elastic cuff 3/4 length-slightly more. Blouse has pleats--very feminine looking below the neckline, tie closure scoop neck, pleats on upper back (subtle) to give the blouse sway. LOVE. Never worn. Washed after purchase in free and clear soap--from a smoke free home. Blouse measures 24" underarm to underarm and 29.5" collar to hem.
