Reposhing this item I purchased from @sotosamantha101. NWT "A new day" skirt from Target. The underskirt is pink & a slick-feeling material with pink tulle over it and an elastic waistband. Super cute skirt, but I'm more of a 2x size and it was a little bit too tight.
