Womens Tulle jacket with hood. Measurements Pit to pit 18”. Length 24”. Sleeve length 26”. Front closure has 2 buttons and 3 snaps. 2 pockets in the front. Non removable belt with a button on each. Strap on sleeve has a button too. Removable hood has 3 buttons that attach it to the jacket. Dry clean only. Recently dry cleaned.
