Women's Tunic Dress or Top

Super cute as a stand-alone dress or top with leggings. Picture does no justice. Designed to be worn as a 2-piece with the outer semi-sheet having pretty flowers around the scoop neckline and a black sheer band along the hemline. The black liner with spaghetti straps has a lacy treatment flowing from the bottom which is very eye-catching. Full 2-piece length approx 34" and 3/4 length sleeves approx 21". Worn couple times, like new with no obvious flaws. From a smoke and pet-free home. Amazing distinctive look! I saw on someone while out and had to buy!
