beckie_s08 @ashtondittmar Hi! I would say this set is equivalent to a 4/6. However, it’s very stretchy fabric. It’s also a thicker fabric than a lot of workout sets which I like because it holds everything in. I hope that helps. The directions say to hand wash, so that would keep it from shrinking up. Although I think machine wash in cold on gentle would be the same.
